Yes, we have the feature in our online platform that provides 2-way interaction between teacher and student during the live online session. To ask any question, a student can request the tutor to provide the audio controls through the chat box.

Before starting the academic classes we conduct a technical orientation class where we explain about tools and troubleshooting as well as make sure that your system is working fine and there will not be any problem during the live session. During the entire duration of the class, an administrator (with technical knowledge) will be present in the class. If a student faces a technical problem, he/ she can just message to the administrator (contact details of the administrator will be available to the student) and the administrator will then help you in resolving the technical issue.

All the live classes are recorded for future reference. If a student misses a class due to any reason then he/ she can access the recorded class later at any time.
